Made from apples grown by Michael O`Callaghan in Longueville House Estate in Mallow, Co.Cork. The Davinet and Michelin apples are first made into Cider then distilled into Apple Brandy in the very same way as Calvados is produced in Normandy (France). The Brandy spent three years in oak barrels before being bottled.
