This domaine produces first class Sauvignon from vines grown on perruche (sandy-clay) soil on the right bank of the Cher River. Viticulture follows organic and sustainable principles and the domaine is a member of Terra Vitis.
Touraine Sauvignon Blanc is a Sancerre-like gem which offers tremendous value for money. Pure, bright Sauvignon character with a real mineral edge, the palate is full-flavoured with freshly squeezed lemon mingling with white fruit, pear and green apples ending with racy, fresh notes.
