Made from Tempranillo with a zest of Garnacha using the carbonic maceration method, this cherry-bomb is almost indecently purple, denoting its freshness and youth.
The nose exhibits the carbonic pastille notes to begin, then evolves more floral aromas of mint and lavender, accompanied by fresh fruits: framboise and cherry. The palate is delightfully lively with the acidity carrying the fresh fruit flavours gracefully across the tongue.
A wine that should be served slightly chilled.
