Francis Naughton left Kilkenny for South Africa in the mid-1970`s to work in the wine business. He launched his own wine, Naughton`s flight, a full-bodied, rich Shiraz from Paarl in 2004. The wine has enticing aromas of stewed prune and black cherry with a good whiff of oak. Rich and thick structure ending with soft tannins.
