Niepoort may not be the biggest Port house in the Douro, but is certainly one of the very best.
"Niepoort Ruby is is a fresh, young and fruity (lots of red cherries and red fruits). An expressive port with great character. Ruby keeps well for several years, although the wine will not improve with age. No decanting is necessary since the wine contains no sediment. Rich and chocolatey, with a background of jammy fruit." |
