Grandson of Henri Lamarche, owner of Grand Cru vineyard “La Grande Rue” in the Cotes de Nuits, Jean-Louis Moissenet produces intensely aromatic wines, with gorgeous Pinot character from his well-tended 5-ha estate in Pommard. As many wine growers of his generation, Jean-Louis is totally committed to sustainable viticulture and uses the latest “bio-stimulants” products, encouraging the vines to develop more natural resistance to diseases.
Noticed a few years ago by the critics and several “Coup de coeur” in the Guide Hachette later, Jean-Louis Moissenet hasn`t been changed by fame. Here, the wines are intensely aromatic, with gorgeous Pinot character.
