| Ruinart Rose, as well as all Ruinart Champagnes, is made with a high proportion of Chardonnay giving great finesse and elegance. The actual blend is 45% Premier Cru Chardonnay and 55% Premier Cru Pinot Noir. Orange-yellow, rose petal in colour it shows a subtle fruity nose: small red berries such as redcurrant and blackberry. Vigourous and rich with a well-balanced palate this is a fine, smooth and supple wine ending with notes of morello cherry. |
